Usually Silent Sunday is all about the absence of a posted verse. Silent Sunday represents the absence of the Bible in the heart language of the Ehty people. And today is no different. It's Easter Sunday and the Ehty people still don't have the Bible in their own heart language. They don't have Luke 24:6. But we, an English speaking people, do. We have it...and we get to celebrate. So, today we are celebrating Easter here on Silent Sunday.
We're going to pray for this verse to be available to the Ehty people in the near future. You can pray and you can give. Let's bring the Bible (and the awesome message of Easter) to the Ehty people in their heart language.
